The Welcome Reception will be Sunday, March 26, 18:30-20:30 at
the 'Save
Our Seas Foundation Shark Exhibit' of the nearby Two Oceans
Aquarium. Directions to the aquarium can be found here.
Of
course, you don't have to buy a ticket to enter the aquarium for the
Welcome Reception.
The plenary talks will be given in Lecture Theatre 7 of the
conference centre.
With a maximum capacity of 75 seats including
extra chairs, this room will be fully occupied.
The (early) morning and afternoon breaks, as well as the lunch will be
catered in the Faculty Hall and the adjacent Executive
room where the posters will be on permanent display throughout
the meeting.
The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday, March 29,
18:30-20:30 at Restaurant
Baia with a selection of set menu's.
On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Boardroom 2 will be set
up as a Visualisation Lab where Virtual Reality demos will be running in
parallel with the plenary sessions and during the breaks. If you bring
your own data on an external USB device, you can step into your datacube
with a VR headset and inspect your data from all directions using the iDaVIE and CARTA visualisation tools. For
