Participants have to make their own hotel reservations.
Cape Town offers a wide range of hotels for all budgets.

We have made a block booking for 35 rooms at a special group discount rate with the
Protea Hotel Cape Town Waterfront Breakwater Lodge, next to the meeting venue.
Please follow this link to book your room at this special rate as soon as possible.
Currently, only 18 of the rooms are still held in reservation.
After January 22, only 9 rooms will be kept available for reservation by PHISCC attendees.

Note : The Protea Hotel cancellation policy is such that a cancellation done 30 days or more in advance will be at the cost of a 1 night stay. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be at 100% of the total cost.
