Conference venue
The conference will be held in Groningen, The Netherlands, home of the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute and the University of Gronignen.
The various parts of the program will take place at a number of interesting locations.The opening reception on Sunday 9 September is at the Bovenkamer, a remodeled historic water tower to the north of the city center.
The first day of the conference will be in the 'Senaatskamer' in the Academy Building of the University of Groningen
The second day of the conference will be in the 'Spiegelzaal' of the van Swinderenhuys, close to the Academy Building.
The third day of the conference will be at ASTRON with a trip to the WSRT in the afternoon to visit and view Apertif.
The conference dinner on Wednesday will be at the Rietschans, just south of the beautiful 'Paterswoldse meer'
