Educational materials
The following material has been developed by Manou Ytsma for SUNDIAL. Aimed at children between the ages of 8 and 12, it provides five structured lessons as an introduction to various astronomical subjects. Any lesson typically consists of a presentation and supporting form for the teacher, and on occasion accompanying printable materials. All lessons are provided in Dutch and English.

30th Canary Islands Winter School of Astrophysics
This yearly school was organised from 4-10 November 2018 by the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) and by the SUNDIAL-ITN project. The theme of the 2018 edition was centred around Big Data Analysis in Astronomy. It was aimed at early-stage researchers in computer sciences and astronomy. A significant number of the SUNDIAL ESRs participated. In total, over 80 young researchers from all continents attended the week-long training course, during which a world-leading contingent of five instructors delivered a set of lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. Several of the lecturers are participating in the SUNDIAL-ITN project.
