Description:   This program is the task version of module setbrowser.py
               The module provides a Qt based composer for set related input.
               We provided a version as a GIPSY task because it can be a
               handy utility (e.g. easier to se than task DISK) to explore
               your data on disk. It recognizes both GDS data and FITS data.
               It can show a header with meta information for selected data.
               The composer can be used to create valid input for GIPSY tasks.
