Purpose:      Forward spaces tape marks on a specified tape device.

Use:          INTEGER MTFSF( MTID,          Input         INTEGER
                             NFIL )         Input         INTEGER

              MTFSF     Returns:
                        >0 : Number of files skipped.
                        -1 : System error.
                        -4 : Tape device not open.
                        -9 : Call error.
              MTID      Device id returned by MTOPEN.
              NFIL      Number of files to skip forward.
