Subroutine:   GDST_INITSIZE

Purpose:      Change initial file size for sets to be created.

Use:          CALL GDST_INITSIZE ( 
                                   SIZE )        Input   INTEGER

              SIZE  =  initial size in bytes of sets which 
                       are created after this call.
