Gallery of automatically detected anomalies in OmegaCAM exposures
Gallery of thumbnails that can easily be detected in raw OmegCAM exposures by tiling the image and looking at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th moments of individual tiles.
For example, an area of 2048 x 4096 pixels of an OmegaCAM CCD can be tiled into 128x16 x 256x16 = 128x256 tiles of 16x16 pixels in size. For each of those 128x256 = 32768 tiles one can calculate the moments. Discovering tiles with moments that deviate from the others is then straightforward, as can be seen by the following detections.

Note that each thumbnail has been centered after detection, so it do not necessarily correspond with an individual tile.
