EISE EISINGA
There is historical Planetarium in Franeker, built by the woolcomber Eise Eisinga, who lived from 1744-1828. His hobby was astronomy, but he did not only build the Planetarium for his own pleasure! On 8 May 1774 "4 planets and the moon" were "ostensibly" to come so close together that people feared "a collision and the Destruction of the Solar System". With this Planetarium Eise Eisinga was able to demonstrate that the reality would be different. A miraculous entirety that has been in movement for more than 200 years.
