1) Adoption of Agenda
    Edwin's proposal:
    As our  baseline documentation to ESO is now fully in shape and most design is done,
    I propose to focus on identifying and listing the various implementation tasks.
    Next to that we should integrate the AstroWise concepts in the list of tasks.
    The tasks list should be exhaustive for ESO deliveries (next 1.5 year) and
    we should identify the steps for the next 3 month.
