		do NOT put them to blank. [no]

 Description:
	OUTAGE checks an irds for possibly corrupt data which occurs
  sometimes around data outages. The data were corrupted due to an
  error in the quick-look software at the ground station where SRON-
  Groningen got its data from. For the time being the error can not 
  be repaired. This program puts the possibly corrupt data to blank.

  	A message is issued if some corrupt data is found; if no message
  appears, all data was OK.
