Description:   Example. Task VISIONS uses import res_viewer.py as its
               resource file with icons and internal html documentation.
               If you need to  modify these resources, you can extract tham 
               with $gip_exe/extract-qrc res_viewer.py on the Unix command line.
               The utility is comparable to $gip_exe/xfile
