Purpose:      Backward space record on a specified tape unit.

Use:          INTEGER MTBSR( MTID,          Input         INTEGER
                             NREC )         Input         INTEGER

              MTBSR     Returns:
                        >0 : Number of records skipped backwards. If
                             MTBSR < NREC, a tape mark was encountered.
                             The tape is position before that tape mark.
                        -1 : System error.
                        -4 : Tape device not open.
                        -9 : call error.
              MTID      Tape device id returned by MTOPEN.
              NREC      Number of records to skip backward.
