New application VISIONS

VISIONS is a new program. It is a visual inspection tool for 2d and 3d data sets
with all the functionality that GIDS provided (e.g side panels with XV slices), 
but with an up to date user interface, a truecolor image display and a lot of 
extra functions related to world coordinates. It is possible to extend a plot 
with contours, beams, labels, sky graticules, etc. 

It has a built-in manual and every input field in the GUI has a tool tip.
It provides high quality output in various formats (ps, pdf, png etc.)
