IRAS Data Server

The IRAS server is a web service for the astronomical community, where IRAS images and LRS spectra can be obtained. Both the images and the spectra are custom made, using the latest software and calibration.

This service has been developed by the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute in cooperation with SRON, the Netherlands Institute for Space Research. It is hosted by Kapteyn and operated by SRON.

To use this service, filling out the registration form, requesting to be registered as a user, is sufficient. Once registered it is free.
